Dedicated support is included in the Enterprise Edition license and we encourage the users of Desktop and Standard Editions to take advantage of the community support.

However, ad-hoc support is an option for Desktop and Standard users on a pay-per-use basis.

To utilize the ad-hoc support, please purchase a support ticket below.

One support ticket covers 15 minutes of expert support, and we advise to start with one ticket to see if we can handle your request within this range of time.
